Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and foster repeat business.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales recording.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Develop beverage recipes and suggest pairings to elevate the guest experience while staying within operational guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy weekend hours and support bar management in daily operations.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail crafting, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks seamlessly.
• Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, banquet service, catering events, and retail math is advantageous.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management are essential.
