As a Line Cook at The Bradley and/or our other location Ciao Trattoria, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
- Assisting with food preparation tasks, such as chopping, slicing, and portioning.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

We’re seeking a Line Cook who brings skill, dedication, and a positive attitude to the table. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.
