Loom Technician (Fixer)
Location: Thomasville, NC
Schedule: 7:00AM-3:00PM
Is currently seeking an experienced Loom Technician (Fixer) for a well-established textile manufacturing company,. This company has been producing high-quality woven labels and trims since 1929 and continues to grow through innovation and excellence in manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain rapier and air jet weaving looms
- Diagnose and correct mechanical issues and loom stoppages
- Replace defective machine parts as needed
- Inspect feeders, cutting units, and other machine functions
- Perform preventative maintenance on weaving equipment
- Adjust timing, tension, and alignment to improve machine performance
- Assist with warp changes and correct misdraws or mis-reeds
- Occasionally change loom setups for different yarn types or patterns
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with weaving looms or textile machinery preferred
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain machine efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
