Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all residential areas, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents.
- Implement sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded across all surfaces and fixtures.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting, outdoor work, and moving furniture or supplies with proper technique to ensure safety.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with janitorial or custodial background preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures along with the use of various cleaning detergents and supplies.
- Ability to handle manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
