Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
• Uphold responsible serving policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to ensure guest safety.
• Assist in training new team members on drink recipes, POS procedures, and customer service expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques within the food industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast for efficient order entry and cash handling.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy shifts without compromising quality or service speed.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in high-energy environments like nightclubs or large events.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients precisely.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event days such as catering functions.
• Experience in retail math or hospitality roles that require multitasking under pressure is highly desirable.
