THE LOGISTICS
- Hours: Primarily Monday–Friday, starting around 2:30 PM.
- Holiday/Summer: Availability for 8 AM – 5 PM shifts during school holidays and the summer session is preferred.
- Start Date: We are hiring now to start for our Summer sessions and extends through Fall if offered a position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead & Mentor: Plan and implement high-energy activities for Club members.
- Create Community: Foster a safe, positive environment that encourages participation and growth.
- Operations: Assist with member registration, orientations, and daily activity reporting.
- Collaborate: Participate in weekly staff meetings to ensure branch excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Age: 19
- Experience: 1 year in childcare/youth programs (Required).
- Education: High School Diploma/GED. Current students or grads in Education, Non-Profit, or Hospitality are highly encouraged to apply!
- Skills: Ability to manage behavior positively and motivate youth.
- Certifications: Valid Driver’s License and CPR/First Aid (or willingness to get certified).
