Duties

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for seasonal dishes.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Experience in sports bar establishments is preferred but not required.
