Join our team at The Boulevard Post Acute as an RN Unit Manager.Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Full-time opportunities availableMonday-Friday 8 AM- 5 PM$3 PIB$79k-$125k per yearResponsibilities for an RN Unit Manager:Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on assigned unitOversees resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning possible for assigned unitEnsures complete and prompt reporting of incidents with follow-up as necessary to Administrator and Director of NursingActively participates in committee/programs as directed by Director of NursingParticipates in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needs Qualifications for an RN Unit ManagerMust possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN / RN in this state.Valid BLS Certification (CPR)Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required; Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care Center, hospital or other related health care Center.
