Greenhouse Assistant

I am chronically ill and am looking for reliable support with tasks that are physically demanding or difficult for me to complete consistently. This position involves a mix of greenhouse work, plant care, business support, and household tasks.

I maintain a collection of 1,000 plants and operate as a licensed plant business/nursery inside my home. Keeping a collection of this size healthy requires a lot of routine maintenance, cleaning, organization, and physical work.

Pay: $25/hour
Location: Redmond (education hill)
Hours: Approximately 4–6 hours per week
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday shifts starting at 9:30 AM

Please note: this is not a casual pop by and water a few plants job.

Tasks may include:

Plant-related maintenance:

* Watering

* Repotting

* Mixing, soaking, and preparing soil

* Washing pots and supplies

* Cleaning growing areas and removing plant debris

* Organizing plants or supplies

Household support:

* Bringing in and putting away groceries

* Folding and putting away laundry

Most of the plants are grown in a warm, humid greenhouse tent that is 75f and 75% humidity year round of not hotter. So please we able to work in this kind of environment while bending over, hauling buckets of water in and out etc. Any plant experience is amazing, but all training specific to my collection will be provided on the job.

Also any tech experience with,

* Taking photos of items for sales

* Taking or editing videos

* Updating Squarespace or similar website platform

is not required at all but definitely a great bonus.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
