What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian Maintenance-part-time position at The Boston Land Company?
1. Monitors building and grounds to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment.
2.Performs various cleaning and maintenance activities, include sweeping and mopping all tile surfaces and vinyl flooring, polishing as
necessary all floor space, and vacuuming carpeted areas.
3.Cleans public areas and restrooms to include disinfecting toilets, sinks and floors, and restocking rest room supplies
as needed.
4. Removes trash and disposes of it in designated areas.
5.Maintains all equipment to include vacuum cleaners, trash cans, mop buckets and cleaning supplies.
6.Ensures security of the building during and after completed jobs and reports any security violations to the Property
Manager.
7.Reports the need for any significant repairs to the Superintendent or Property Manager
8.Reports and repairs emergency maintenance problems and/or environmental hazards immediately.
9. Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
