We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Finance Co-op in Breinigsville PA. This is a 6-month co-op, running from July – December 2026.

What You’ll Brew
- Support monthly financial close, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Assist with standard costing, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to help drive decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Supply Chain teams to support projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Contribute to a meaningful project that adds measurable value to the business.
- You deliver accurate, timely work and quickly learn key financial processes.
- You ask great questions, show curiosity, and identify ways to improve the work we do.
- You collaborate well with others and build strong working relationships across Finance and Operations.
- You complete a project that leaves behind a lasting impact.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and comfort with data analysis; exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools a plus.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work both independently and on a team.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Hands-on experience in financial planning & analysis in a manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to cost accounting, variance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary : $18 - $20
