Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team at The Boson Company, Inc. This position is vital to our operations as you will provide overall management direction to multiple construction projects simultaneously. Plans, directs, schedules, coordinates, organizes, & schedules activities of the building projects to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Responsibilities
- Serves as contact person for the project information and communicates project status to owners, architects and others associated with the project.
- Monitors project progress for compliance with established schedules, budget, and safety.
- Review the contract documents and ensure the project is in compliance.
- Conduct project interviews and ongoing meetings to communicate project status.
- Mediate and resolve situations which arise on the project.
Requirements
- Experience as a PM, PE or estimator or in the construction industry and college degree is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand plans & specs is required.
- In-person, in office work setting, 40hrs/week. Travel to and from jobsites on a weekly basis is required.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and cost control principles.
- Proficiency in estimating & other construction software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
