What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Team Member position at The Boot Store?
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the perfect boots, clothing, and accessories, keep the store looking its best, and bring a positive attitude to every shift. Whether you're already a western wear fan or just eager to learn, we'd love to have you be a part of our team!
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Maintain clean, organized sales floors and displays
- Restock inventory and manage product presentation
- Process transactions accurately at the register
- Learn about our products to better serve our customers (we'll train you!)
We offer flexible schedules, competitive starting pay, employee discounts, laid-back work environment, no early morning shifts and Sundays off! Store hours: 11a.m. - 7p.m.
