We need a driven, experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to run our call center and sales team, sharpen our client acquisition engine, and scale with us.

The Role
You'll oversee two teams: a 7-person call center handling inbound inquiries and a 2-person sales team converting consultations into clients. You'll set the strategy, run the day-to-day, and be accountable for measurable outcomes — conversion rates, appointment volume, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the Call Center
✓ Manage and develop 7 intake specialists — hiring, training, coaching, scheduling
✓ Set and hit KPIs: call answer rate, appointment set rate, speed-to-lead, conversion
✓ Build airtight scripts and intake processes for divorce and family law inquiries
✓ Run QA programs: call monitoring, scoring, and regular feedback sessions
Drive the Sales Team
✓ Lead a 2-person sales team from first consultation to signed retainer
✓ Set targets, track performance, and hold the team accountable
✓ Coach relentlessly — celebrate wins, fix gaps, develop careers
Grow the Business
✓ Report regularly to leadership on KPIs, ROI, and growth trends
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✓ 5 years in sales management — with at least 2 years running a call center
✓ A proven track record you can back up with numbers
✓ Experience in legal, professional services, or consultative sales (preferred)
✓ A natural coach who builds high-performing teams and keeps them motivated
✓ CRM proficiency and comfort with data — you manage by the numbers
✓ Sharp communicator, strong closer, and a leader people want to follow
✓ Multi-location or expansion experience is a big plus
