At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

Bring your union labor, payroll, and compliance expertise to The Boldt Company as a Labor Relations Specialist. You’ll partner across Labor Relations, Payroll, Estimating, Operations, union leadership, training centers, and workforce development to maintain accurate labor data, support collective bargaining and union contract administration, analyze workforce availability and upcoming craft labor needs, and help ensure wage, benefit, and contractual compliance. If your background includes union payroll, labor relations, construction labor compliance, fringe benefit administration, wage rates, fund office audits, workforce planning, or skilled trades/craft workforce support, this is an opportunity to bring that experience into a highly collaborative role supporting Boldt’s construction operations.
