Target Hiring Range: $66,000 - $85,000 annually
Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position $66,000 - $85,000 annually; compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and participation in applicable company benefit programs.

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and building plans.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with project teams and trade partners.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to spend time both in the office and on construction jobsites.
