What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Captain/Head Server position at The Bog?
Oversee staff and execute excellent food and beverage service for all events.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Prepare and serve beverages and food according to company standards.
-Maintains cleanliness and sanitation according to company standards.
-Help set-up and clean up for Weddings, Outings and parties, etc.
-Assist in stocking bar, filling coolers, ice bins, condiments, etc.
-Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility and report anything that needs attention
-Assist other servers in delivering food, drinks, etc.
-Perform others duties as appropriate
Qualifications:
-Two years experience required
-High School diploma or equivalent required
-Demonstrated quality written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
-Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently and handle multiple duties with minimal supervision
-Must be able to work flexible hours - days, evenings and weekends
Physical requirements:
-Must have the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and 10 lbs. constantly
-Must be able to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend and kneel up to 5 hours at a time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
