INTERNSHIP POSITION SUMMARY:
The Boelter Companies is seeking a motivated and hard-working intern to contribute to the success and continued growth of our supply customer service team. The goal of this internship is to provide you with valuable and practical experience, an opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in the customer service field, and exposure to the food and beverage industry.
Some of the duties and responsibilities of this internship will include:
• Working with CSR and BDM team on client projects, such as quoting and sourcing.
• Following the quote to cash-working closely with vendors, supply chain and accounts payable in the order process.
• Product training and order guide management for clients and large accounts.
INTERN QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must have strong customer service skills, preferably gained through previous experience working with customers in a professional capacity.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be dependable, take initiative and be a self-starter with good time management skills.
• Must have a genuine desire to use this internship as an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge, prior experience, and relevant skills.
