The Boathouse Fort Myers is a high-volume, tiki-style waterfront restaurant with over 400 seats, live entertainment, an adult pool, and a fun, tropical atmosphere. We’re known for our craft cocktails, extended beer selection, and great wine, along with delicious food served with personality and flair.
We are currently seeking Line Cooks with strong work ethic and culinary focus to join our fast-paced kitchen team. Friendly attitude, teamwork, and great service are key to success here!
Responsibilities:
Work grill, fry, salad, prep, or expo stations efficiently and cleanly
Prepare menu items according to recipes and Boathouse standards
Ensure food is cooked, portioned, and presented properly and on time
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
Assist with prep and restocking as needed throughout service
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous line cook or volume kitchen experience preferred
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Culinary training or experience with high-volume food service is a plus
