The Boardwalk Beach Resort is looking for a full-time/part-time Front Desk Reservationist to serve as our guests' first contact who come from all around the world to enjoy our ocean front amenities. As a Front Desk Reservationist one of your responsibilities will be registering guests, managing reservations and providing information on our rooms and rates. Responsibilities:
- Represent our resort to guests throughout their stay
- Registering guests
- Assignment of rooms
- Accommodating special requests
- Maintaining inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
- Coordinate room status with housekeeping department
- Report any unusual occurrences or requests in a timely manner
- Manage guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Other duties as assigned
