You design and build high-quality web and visual assets that help our union and mission-driven clients win attention, trust, and results. You’ll own the day-to-day execution of WordPress (Divi) site builds/updates plus graphic design across campaigns and client deliverables—while thriving in a fast-moving agency environment with multiple concurrent priorities.

- Build and maintain WordPress sites using Divi Builder (pages, templates, global styles, modules).
- Implement basic front-end enhancements with HTML/CSS and light JS (and familiarity with Bootstrap where applicable).
- Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility-minded layouts.
- Perform routine QA: links, forms, redirects, layout consistency, mobile behavior, performance basics.
- Coordinate with developers/vendors when custom functionality is required.
- Create digital graphics for web, social, email, ads, event materials, and presentations.
- Prepare production-ready files (web-optimized and print-ready when needed).
- Maintain and apply brand standards across multiple client brands.
- A bonus would be experience in designing publications of various forms.
- Work from briefs, ask clarifying questions early, and confirm scope/timelines.
- Track tasks, manage priorities, and communicate status/risks proactively.
- Collaborate with PMs, account managers, writers, and video teams to ship integrated work.
- 5 years in a design role (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Strong WordPress experience; Divi Builder proficiency required.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; basic JavaScript familiarity.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap concepts/classes (enough to work within existing frameworks).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
- Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, hierarchy, brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities without quality drop.
- Basic SEO and performance awareness (image optimization, headings, page speed fundamentals).
- Accessibility familiarity (contrast, semantic structure, keyboard-friendly patterns).
- Experience with unions, workforce development, or mission-driven organizations.

- Compensation & Benefits Salary - Starting at $60,000 (based on experience and design strength/skillsets).
