Open Positions
Executive Sous Chef (ESC) & Sous Chef (SC)
We are seeking experienced culinary leaders to manage kitchen operations, mentor staff, and ensure every dish meets our exacting standards.
- Requirements: 3 years of leadership in a high-volume, upscale kitchen. Strong knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and labor control.
- Focus: Maintaining consistency, expediting during peak hours, and fostering a culture of professional growth.
Line Cooks
We are looking for disciplined cooks who take pride in technical skill and plate presentation.
- Requirements: Proficiency in various stations (Sauté, Grill, Station Lead). Ability to follow standardized recipes with precision.
- Focus: Speed, accuracy, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Dishwashers
The backbone of our operation. We need reliable individuals who understand that a smooth service starts with a clean kitchen.
- Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Focus: Sanitation, organization of smallwares, and assisting with light prep when needed.
Food Runners
As the final link between the kitchen and the guest, you ensure the food arrives hot, correct, and beautiful.
- Requirements: Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Focus: Menu knowledge, pace of service, and supporting the front-of-house team.
