Job Summary
We're looking for a Project Manager to support the execution of initiatives across our Product, Engineering, and Reporting teams by bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to how work gets done.
This role owns delivery coordination across the Tech organization and serves as the operational connection point between cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for managing timelines, tracking dependencies, facilitating communication, coordinating onboarding activities, and helping stakeholders maintain visibility into active work and upcoming priorities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly. This person brings structure without creating unnecessary process and helps teams execute more efficiently through strong planning, communication, and follow-through.
This is a hybrid position that requires reporting to our Rogers, AR office three days a week.

What You'll Do
Project & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, and Reporting workstreams
- Track project milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers across active initiatives
- Help teams stay aligned on priorities, deliverables, and upcoming deadlines
- Support successful execution by ensuring work is moving forward and dependencies are clearly understood
- Monitor project health and proactively identify issues that may impact delivery
- Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, teams, and initiatives
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Reporting leaders to support execution planning
- Surface cross-functional risks early and help drive alignment on next steps
- Support delivery planning, project organization, and operational readiness activities
- Help establish repeatable processes that improve execution consistency across teams
- Own meeting coordination, agendas, notes, action items, and follow-up tracking
- Document key decisions, project updates, and status changes
- Ensure stakeholders have visibility into work in progress, risks, dependencies, and upcoming milestones
- Support clear and consistent communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Help maintain accountability by tracking commitments and escalating issues when appropriate
- Manage intake processes and route requests to the appropriate Product, Reporting, or Engineering owner
- Help prioritize and organize incoming work to improve visibility and reduce confusion
- Maintain systems and documentation that support efficient workflow management
- Ensure requests are properly documented, tracked, and communicated throughout the delivery process
- Support continuous improvement of intake and operational processes
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new projects, initiatives, and stakeholders
- Track project setup requirements, system access, and readiness milestones
- Support kickoff preparation and ongoing project administration
- Help ensure teams have the information, tools, and resources needed for successful execution
- Contribute to the overall operational effectiveness of the Tech organization
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, communication, and coordination workflows
- Help create scalable operating rhythms that improve visibility without adding unnecessary complexity
- Support adoption of tools, templates, and best practices that improve execution
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve project visibility, organization, and efficiency
- Contribute to building a more predictable and transparent operating model across teams
Experience
- Experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related cross-functional coordination role
- Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and multiple concurrent initiatives
- Experience working with technical, product, or engineering teams preferred
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with project management platforms and collaboration tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining visibility across multiple workstreams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure where needed
- Strong documentation and process management skills
- Experience using AI tools to support organization, planning, communication, or workflow management preferred
- Cross-functional work has clear visibility and fewer missed handoffs
- Teams have confidence in timelines, priorities, and project status
