Responsibilities

- Operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Communicate your product knowledge while encouraging upselling opportunities
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing products efficiently
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone inquiries
- Support store operations by performing cashier duties, processing returns, and handling cash accurately
- Promote store promotions and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized store environment
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or food service is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Supervising experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members alike
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Willingness to conduct product demos for upselling to help boost sales performance
