Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, experienced line cook to join our team. We are open to either a part-time or full-time team member, depending on experience, availability, and fit.
You will be responsible for executing menu items consistently, maintaining a clean and organized station, and working efficiently during high-volume brunch service.
Schedule
- Must be available to work weekends as part of a regular schedule
- Additional weekday morning shifts available
- Typical hours: early morning to early afternoon
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up and stock station before service (mise en place)
- Maintain speed and accuracy during busy service periods
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
- Keep workstation clean, organized, and stocked
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Assist with prep work and closing duties as needed
Qualifications
- Prior line cook experience preferred (brunch or breakfast experience a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
