Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (based on experience)
Commission: Earn up to 3% commission on qualifying sales

What You'll Do
As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from greeting to purchase.
- Assist customers with fine jewelry, engagement rings, gifts, and special orders.
- Evaluate jewelry for repairs and accurately document repair requests.
- Use a jeweler's microscope to inspect jewelry and identify repair needs (training provided).
- Follow up promptly on repair statuses, special orders, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain organized showcases and attractive merchandise displays.
- Assist with inventory management and daily opening and closing procedures.
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and professionalism.
- Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Previous retail sales and customer service experience is required to be considered
- Jewelry experience is a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right individual
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift light merchandise and stand for extended periods
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must reside within 25 miles of Jefferson City, Missouri
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays required during the holiday season and as needed
