Sales Arborist – Residential Clients | Tree Care & Consulting

A well-established tree care company is seeking a knowledgeable, client-focused Sales Arborist to consult with homeowners, create care plans, and drive residential sales. What You’ll Do

• Consult with residential clients to assess tree health, diagnose concerns, and propose tailored care solutions.

• Educate homeowners on long-term tree health, sustainability, and the benefits of proactive maintenance.

• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and community involvement.

• Manage your sales pipeline – follow up with prospects, maintain relationships, and support clients throughout the job lifecycle.

• Stay current on industry standards, regulations, and best practices in arboriculture, plant health care, and integrated pest management.

What You Bring

• ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to obtain within 3 months).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tree care, consulting, or sales.

• Strong knowledge of tree biology, pruning, pest and disease management, and risk assessment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage leads and close sales independently.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
