Commercial Electrical Estimator
Location: Elizabethtown, PA (Must live within 1 hour)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Onsite)
Reports To: CEO
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000/year performance-based bonus

Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled Commercial Electrical Estimator to lead estimating for commercial plan/spec/bid and design-build projects. This role is key to winning new contracts and building strong client relationships. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and CEO. There is a clear path to grow into project management for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial projects
Conduct take-offs, labor/material pricing, and cost analysis
Review construction documents and specifications for scope accuracy
Build relationships with vendors and subcontractors for competitive pricing
Collaborate with Business Development Manager on client presentations
Support CEO in transitioning estimates to active projects
Maintain accurate bid and proposal documentation
Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client discussions
Stay updated on NEC, local codes, and industry trends
Qualifications
Must live within 1 hour of Elizabethtown, PA
5 years of commercial electrical estimating experience (plan/spec and design-build)
Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and industry standards
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specs
Proficient with estimating software and digital take-off tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team player with a collaborative mindset

Base salary: $90,000–$100,000/year (based on experience)
