Electrical Manager
Seeking a Licensed Electrical Manager to join our growing business and oversee the daily operations of the electrical department, ensuring efficient service and delivery, customer satisfaction, and adherence to quality and safety standards. This role involves managing a team of electricians, building strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining existing accounts.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the department in driving revenue and achieving sales revenue goals.
Provide leadership, guidance, and performance evaluations for the team.
Interact daily with the electrical team to provide support and on-the-job training.
Customer and Client relationship management.
Ensure timely completion of all service jobs while maintaining quality standards.
Access the competency and capability of personnel providing coaching and training. Ensure that personnel meet quality workmanship standards and expectations.
Set and maintain work standards and outline behavioral expectations to ensure employee morale and productivity remain successful.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure client relations.
Ensure all service work complies with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Conducts jobsite safety evaluations.
Comply with company safety programs and training.
Participate in incident investigations and reviews.
Driven to find new business opportunities for commercial and residential customers to expand company growth.
Job Qualifications:
5 years of experience in electrical services
Must have an Electrical Contractor - Non-Restricted License for the state of Georgia.
Prior leadership or management experience in the electrical industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
Effective communication and people skills.
Service Titan experience preferred.
Generac experience required.
Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening and have a clean driving record.
Environment and Schedule:
Hours may vary must be onsite by 7AM
Monday to Friday
Overtime and Weekends as needed.
