We are looking for a highly motivated Sourcer to work alongside our Recruiters to identify, engage, and attract top talent for direct-hire roles in the trades industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Use various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, job boards, and social media) to find qualified tradespeople.
- Database Management: Maintain and update our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with sourced candidates.
- Initial Outreach: Contact potential candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn messages to gauge interest and availability.
- Screening: Conduct brief pre-qualification calls to assess skills, experience, and work authorization.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Recruiters to ensure candidate submissions align with client needs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, job market shifts, and competitor activity to improve sourcing strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition (preferably in blue-collar or skilled trades industries).
✔ Strong search skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage passive candidates.
✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple job requisitions at once.
✔ Self-motivated and goal-driven, able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
✔ Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
