Jet Press Operator – Great Benefits! Raises start after 90 days! Location: Charlotte, NC 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM Starting at $20 /hour (based on experience)
Join a Company with 115 Years of Success We’re looking for a Jet Press Operator to set up, operate, and maintain high-speed Halm Jet printing presses. If you have strong mechanical skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate Halm Jet printing presses.
- Monitor production and maintain print quality standards.
- Load envelopes and keep presses running efficiently.
- Troubleshoot jams and minor mechanical issues.
- Adjust ink and roller settings as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify print defects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior printing press or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Offset printing experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk throughout the shift.
