Key Responsibilities
In this vital role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure residents' needs are met
- Documenting and reporting resident observations to the care team
- Adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
To be considered for this role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you should meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment
- Compassion and dedication to resident well-being
