As the Central Intake Assistant you will play a vital role in coordinating with our facility, building relationships with referral sources, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Administrative Assistant position.
- Requires computer experience.
- Ability to be detail oriented essential. Medical terminology/Medical insurance processing a plus but not required.
- Hours 11:30am-8pm (or 10:30am-7pm) M-F
- Ability to work independently.
- Central AR area preferred but anywhere close to a Blossoms facility is fine.
Qualifications:
- Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility.
- Demonstrated selling, entrepreneurship, and organizational skills with a strong focus and determination.
- Must be a team player, highly organized, and possess a positive attitude.
