Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN):

Responsibilities:
In this vital role as a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care
- Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Implementing care plans with a resident-centered focus
- Utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on changing needs
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role as a Registered Nurse (RN), you should meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a valid unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer skills
- Preferred: experience in pain management and IV skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience
