What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional (Part-Time) position at The Blick Center?
Direct Support Professional Duties:
- Provide daily living assistance to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
- Facilitates fun home and community activities for residents
- Assist residents with maintaining a clean and healthy home environment
- Completion of daily documentation of services provided
- Agency vans provided so you do not transport clients in your own vehicle
- Medication administration
Minimum Qualifications:
- You must be a kind and caring individual who has a desire to serve people.
- You must have a high school diploma or GED
- Have a valid driver's license with less than 6 points.
- We need overnight staff, weekday evenings and all hours on weekends.
- able to push & pull or lift up to 50 pounds,
- 18 years of age & older.
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-9:00AM.
