What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista/Cashier/Customer Service position at The Blend Superfood Bar?
The Blend serves all natural smoothies, juices, and acai bowls. We are conveniently located in the Annex at The Collection.
*The Blend is a very fast-paced environment*
*Must be available weekends*
*This is a part time position ( looking for someone that is available 4-5 days a week)*
We are looking for a driven, hard working individual. The job includes working as a cashier and barista.
Responsibilities:
*Learning the benefits of all the superfoods we serve*
*Helping customers with great customer service
*Making items on the menu following the ingredients given and following instructions
*Stocking items that are low
*Washing dishes throughout the day
*Keeping the store clean
*Receiving produce orders with 25lb boxes
*Opening & Closing duties
*Must listen to simple rules
*Show up on time & ready to work
*Team work is very important
We are looking for someone that is ready to work, as we do get really busy. Self motivated, reliable, and hard working is key!
