TBS is a leader in Fabricating, Powder Coating and Media Blasting; serving a diverse range of Customers including industrial, heavy machinery, commercial, municipal, as well as the general public
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and mask surfaces for coating.
- Application: Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray guns.
- Quality Control: Inspect for defects, ensure consistent thickness, and adjust equipment.
- Maintenance: Maintain and clean coating equipment.
- Safety: Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 years in industrial powder coating. *required
- Skills: Proficient with electrostatic spray guns, detail-oriented.
- Knowledge: Familiar with various powder coatings and safety standards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- Team Player: Good communication and teamwork skills.
