Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Supervisor at The Blake Hotel in New Haven, CT. The Hospitality Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage and train team members, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure the highest standards of hospitality are maintained. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling customer inquiries and concerns, coordinating service schedules, and supporting the management team in fostering a positive and welcoming environment for both guests and employees.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Supervisory Skills, Team Management, and Training to effectively lead and mentor a diverse team.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address guest needs and resolve inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Proficiency in hospitality management systems is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
