We have an immediate need for a Director of Dining Services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides organizational structure and ensures effective and efficient daily operations for
the dietary department. - Demonstrates a commitment to excellence in food quality and service quality.
- Maintains a kitchen environment that promotes safety and proper hygiene.
Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- 2 years of experience as a manager in the hospitality industry or a long-term care facility
- CPR/First Aide
- ServSafe Certification; Food Manager Certification (preferred)
