We have an immediate need for a Memory Care Coordinator (Licensed Nurse)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide organizational structure and ensure effective and efficient operations within the
memory care department. - Implement a structured, daily activity program that is appropriate for persons with
Alzheimer's Disease. - Care planning and assessments of residents.
- On Call every other week.
Education/Experience/ Licensure/Certification
- Bachelor's degree from accredited nursing college or university
- Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
- 2 years of experience with the Geriatric population
- Knowledge of Alzheimer Disease and related memory impairments
- CPR, First Aid
