Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at The Blacksmith Restaurant, located in Bend, OR. The Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, assisting in managing the kitchen staff, planning menus, and ensuring food quality and presentation. The Sous Chef will also be part of a team who's responsible for maintaining kitchen hygiene, inventory management, and adhering to food safety regulations.
