Part-Time Maintenance Technician – Black Hammock Rental Properties
Location: Oviedo, FL (Black Hammock Area)
Pay: $20 per hour
Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week
Black Hammock is seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance to help maintain our vacation rental properties and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general property maintenance
- Troubleshoot and fix maintenance issues in rental units
- Assist with landscaping and exterior upkeep
Requirements:
- Experience in general maintenance, or property maintenance
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver#39;s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
