We are currently looking for ambitious, energetic, and people-focused individuals to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build valuable experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and leadership.
The Opportunity
As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent client campaigns in high-traffic locations, live events, retail spaces, and community activations across Miami. You’ll work directly with customers in a fast-paced environment, helping to build brand awareness, strengthen relationships, and support campaign growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in energetic environments, and wants real-world experience with clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally during face-to-face campaigns and events
- Engage with customers and create positive, memorable brand experiences
- Build rapport quickly and identify customer interests and needs
- Explain products, services, promotions, or campaign initiatives clearly
- Support customer acquisition, sign-ups, sales, and fundraising goals
- Assist with upselling and customer engagement strategies
- Gather customer feedback and market insight
- Record campaign results and daily performance accurately
- Contribute to a high-energy team culture focused on growth and results
