This position oversees housekeeping and laundry operations at a remote lodge, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, safety, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead housekeeping supervisors and large hourly teams.
- Manage department budgets, labor, linen, chemicals, and supplies.
- Oversee room assignments, inspections, turnover, and laundry operations.
- Maintain inventory, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate staffing, training, maintenance, and operational reporting.
Qualifications
- 5 years of housekeeping or facility services experience.
- 3 years of leadership experience.
- Experience managing budgets, inventory, and high-volume operations.
- Remote-site or workforce housing experience strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license; must pass a background check and urinalysis.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually.
- Rotation: 5 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
