What You’ll Do
Precision Measuring & Ordering (Top Priority)
- Perform accurate, detailed measurements for custom window and door replacements.
- Determine correct product sizing, configurations, and installation requirements.
- Submit precise orders to ensure a perfect fit every time.
- Verify materials and products before installation.
- Identify structural issues, rot, or framing concerns during site visits.
- Understand how the installation will be executed and flag potential challenges early.
- Work closely with Design Consultants and installers to ensure smooth project flow.
- Use tablets, apps, and digital tools to record measurements, notes, and photos.
- Maintain accurate project files and submit reports on time.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners during onsite visits.
- Explain installation expectations clearly and confidently.
- Provide a positive, knowledgeable customer experience.
- Required: Experience measuring and ordering windows (not just installing).
- Background in carpentry, remodeling, window/door installation, or similar trades.
- Ability to read a tape measure, understand framing, and visualize the install.
- Moderate tech skills (tablets, apps, digital forms).
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- $26–$30 per hour monthly bonuses up to $1,200
