You will be responsible for developing and selling new retail partnership opportunities, identifying aligned brick-and-mortar locations, opening doors with store leadership, and turning every partnership into a consistent lead-producing channel. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, negotiating placements, and owning outcomes.
As the primary partnership point of contact, you’ll manage ongoing relationships, maintain retailer engagement, and ensure each partnership location delivers a polished, on-brand presentation. You’ll support Brand Ambassadors in the field by coordinating setup, reinforcing standards, and ensuring our retail presence reflects a world-class customer experience.
This role is highly metrics-driven and KPI-focused. You’ll track pace, production, and conversion while using clear KPIs to improve partnership ROI, make data-backed decisions, and hold teams accountable to performance expectations.
