This is a high-volume recruiting role supporting multiple openings across the business, where speed, organization, and strong communication are key to success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of open roles simultaneously, ensuring consistent candidate flow
• Review applicants and move qualified candidates quickly through the hiring process
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate fit
• Present top candidates to hiring leaders with clear recommendations
• Partner with leaders to fill roles quickly and efficiently, aligning on hiring needs and timelines
• Coordinate interviews and drive timely feedback and decision-making
• Extend offers and manage candidates through the onboarding process
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a high-volume, fast-paced role
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized under pressure
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and leaders
• Sense of urgency and a results-driven mindset
