What You’ll Do
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of open roles simultaneously, ensuring consistent candidate flow
- Review applicants and move qualified candidates quickly through the hiring process
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate fit
- Present top candidates to hiring leaders with clear recommendations
- Partner with leaders to fill roles quickly and efficiently, aligning on hiring needs and timelines
- Coordinate interviews and drive timely feedback and decision-making
- Extend offers and manage candidates through the onboarding process
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a high-volume, fast-paced role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and leaders
- Sense of urgency and a results-driven mindset
- Experience with an ATS or recruiting tools preferred
