Events Marketing Manager

Renewal by Andersen, the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation, is seeking an experienced Events Marketing Director to lead performance, execution, and growth across multiple markets and marketing channels. As an Events Marketing Director, you will oversee execution across 8 key markets and channels, ensuring consistency, scalability, and strong financial performance. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on leader who can turn data into action, develop high-performing teams, and create a culture focused on performance and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Own performance outcomes including lead generation, cost of marketing, and conversion metrics
• Set, track, and manage KPIs across all markets with consistent reporting and accountability
• Lead, coach, and develop Marketing Managers and their field teams
• Build leadership capability through structured coaching, accountability, and development planning
• Drive execution strategy across multiple channels and markets, ensuring alignment and consistency
• Identify performance gaps and implement solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and results
