As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact between customers and our organization. You will answer customer inquiries, direct phone calls, coordinate timely project updates and help keep the office organized and running smoothly! You will uphold company culture while making customers feel respected, cared for, and delighted with their experience.

- Provide regular status updates and answer questions.
- Follow up on installs/projects and send survey at completion.
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service, as gauged by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Rep.com scores.
- Enter accurate notes and log customer communication in the system.
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software/technology
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Speed and accuracy with attention to detail
