What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sous Chef position at The Bird and Bottle Inn?
Join the Team at The Bird & Bottle Inn, a renovated and reopened historic Inn and Restaurant in the scenic Hudson Valley that was just named Best Restaurant in Putnam County. We are looking for a Sous Chef with multi station experience to join our busy kitchen. Garde Manger and hot app experience or grill/fry/sautee experience.
A minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience and proficient knife skills required. Must work well with others. Have a positive attitude and come in ready to work.
For all positions, we are willing to train the right candidates. All applicants must be able to learn quickly and work well under pressure. Ability to work nights and weekends a must. Must be a team player and willing to do what is necessary to help the business as a whole succeed. Must be 18 and over. Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
